Checking out
After your surgical intervention, depending on the evolution of your health, the room physician will inform you about your checking out of the hospital, a day before, so that you may contact the members of your family. The patients’ checking out of the hospital is carried out between 12.00 and 14.00; you may leave the hospital on your own or you may be accompanied by a patent tutor.
Shortly before checking out of the hospital, a caregiver of the hospital will bring your clothes into your room, and will accompany you at the reception, where the members of your family may expect you.
When checking out of the hospital, you will receive a medical letter containing details of your diagnosis, the medical procedures you underwent, the medical evaluation, hospitalisation duration, recommended treatment and recovery diagram. This information is for you, as well as for the specialist physician or general practitioner in order to continue the treatment.
Also, in the day you check out of the hospital you will have to make the payment of the hospitalization services. You may do this yourself or a member of your family may do it for you, based on the invoice you will receive from the hospital’s accounting department.
Payment means
The payment of the invoice for hospitalization at ICCO Clinics may be made in the following ways:
- By ELECTRONIC CARD (VISA or MAESTRO). Attention! In this case the payment limit imposed by the issuing bank of your card has to be known.
- By CASH DEPOSIT in the account of ICCO Clinics (in case you don’t have opened a banking account), or
- By BANK TRANSFER from your account in the account of ICCO Clinics
