Satisfaction questionnaire
In order to meet our mission, we make decisions and organize our activity according to the necessities of our patients. In order to be able to do this, we first of all have to listen to them. We do this during each meeting with our patients, but also by means of the Satisfaction Questionnaire. This is an extremely useful tool, which helps us understand how patients perceive the experience they live in our hospital, but also to prioritize our resources and continually improve the services we provide.
We thus invite you to grant us 10 minutes of your time and fill in our Satisfaction Questionnaire (which you may download below) and send it to us at the address office@clinicco.ro. Your responses will be analysed periodically together with those of other CLINICCO patients and discussed during the hospital’s management meetings. The information you supply is considered confidential.
