Hospitalisation

Our team of physicians and nurses will offer you the best care throughout your hospitalisation period. Our specialists will keep you permanently informed regarding your health status and will answer any question.

Your safety and comfort represent our priority. All the hospital wards are equipped with their own water closet, TV and modern furniture, especially created for hospitals, as well as wireless network. All patients benefit from 24/7 monitoring of their health condition. Each bed has its own console for the monitoring of the oxygen level, a vacuum system for aspiration (bronchial, gastric, drainage), a automatic control system for the administering of intravenous medication, as well as a system that alerts the medical personnel, if needed. We also have a medical team on call 24/7 that includes head consultants and cardiology consultants.

Food

The food for our patients is prepared in maximum hygiene conditions by a quality restaurant in Brasov City. The food is transported in special insulating boxes and will be served in bed, by our personnel. All the menus are created by a Nutritional Consultant, in accordance with the chronic conditions that you might be suffering from (e.g. diabetes).

Money and valuable objects

During the surgical intervention and during your stay in the Department of Intensive Care, we recommend that you do not leave valuable objects in your room. We offer you the possibility to leave such objects in a safe in the Head Nurse’s office. You may retrieve them whenever you need.

Telephone conversations

You can contact your family or your next of kin by using your own mobile phone or you can request the medical personnel to put you in contact with them, by using the hospital telephones.
